Page Jackson is an award winning lyricist, song writer and musician with 14 albums to his credit. Influenced by such authors as Shell Silverstein, Sandra Boynton and Dr. Seuss, Jackson has a reputation as a musical, rhythmic storyteller. As such, he always looks for universal truths– and strives to tell stories to which we can all relate. The Hopeful Prince clearly proves to be one of those stories. Page has 28 years of experience teaching students having moderate to severe disabilities. Having taught in diverse, inner – city schools of San Antonio, Texas; the Bay area; add Los Angeles, Page has developed the conviction that we are all one family.
Page encourages his son and all children to embrace reading, and to love each other as one family.
Laura Peisner is a professional artist and educator. For over 20 years she has developed and taught inclusive art education programs for children with special needs. When not painting in her home studio, Laura can be found teaching at the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Her passion for creating and love for children come together seamlessly here, in The Hopeful Prince. Laura has two amazing daughters and encourages them and children of all age to follow their dreams.
